​3rd Pickle & Cheese

​We're back with an even more gourmet third edition. 

From 18th to 20th of October 2024 in St Julien en Genevois. 

Have you been having nightmares since last October because you missed the main event? 
Did you finish at the foot of the podium and dream of winning one of the delicious cheeses reserved exclusively for the grand prize winners? 
Rest assured, we're back! 
The magnificent St Julien en Genevois tennis site, with its 11 covered resin courts, will be the perfect place to welcome fans 
of the guilty pleasure that drives us all (not the pickle, but the other one...) 

Registration is limited to 120 participants 
to guarantee a minimum of 5 tournament matches per person and to allow time for sharing both on and off the courts.

Participants

​​Minimum age of 14 for men's and women's singles and 12 for men's/women's doubles and mixed (age on the 31/12/2024)

​Divided into two parts

​Morning = group stage
Afternoon = double elimination 
(3rd place)

​High/low category

​Depending on the morning's results, the groups will be split in two for the rest of the tournament, with the top half continuing in the high category and the bottom half in the low category.

​New this year

​In the afternoon, the matches in the top Open category from the quarters on will be played in 3 sets for even more show.

Saturday night fever

​The tournament dinner will be held at the Tennis Club and organised by the Pickleball Pays de Gex association.

On the menu....... CROZIFLETTE!

The crozi'what ?
Inspired by tartiflette, croziflette is a creamy pasta gratin topped with cream and Reblochon cheese. 
The basis of the croziflette recipe is Crozet, a traditional Savoy pasta made from buckwheat flour.

We guarantee it's delicious!

It's served with salad.

For vegetarians, the bacon is replaced by leeks, which is a real treat.

White wine or soft drink is included in the price.
